Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Miyora, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our updated policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
Cancellations
- Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch): Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Amazon MCF Fulfillment: Since all orders are shipped via Amazon Multi‑Channel Fulfillment (MCF), cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered Amazon’s fulfillment process. Once Amazon begins picking, packing, or shipping, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
- How to Cancel: Send an email to support@miyora.co.in with your order details. We will attempt to cancel with Amazon. If cancellation is unsuccessful, the order will be delivered and may be eligible for return under our Returns Policy.
- Automatic Cancellation: If payment is not received or verified, Miyora reserves the right to cancel the order.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Non‑Returnable Items:
- Personal care products once opened
- Customized or made‑to‑order items
- Discounted or clearance sale products
Refunds
- Refund Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 – 10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases (e.g., items not in original condition, missing parts), only partial refunds may be granted.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.
- If the exact product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose another product of equal value.
