Fulfillment and Delivery

  • Fulfillment Partner: All orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi‑Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Inventory is stored, picked, packed, and shipped directly by Amazon from its designated fulfillment centers.
  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1 – 2 business days from confirmation of payment.
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery speed is determined by Amazon MCF service levels:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 – 5 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 – 4 business days.
    • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 – 2 business days. (Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, courier capacity, and unforeseen circumstances.)

Additional Terms

  • Non‑Refundable Charges: Shipping fees, once incurred, are non‑refundable except where required by law.
  • Returns and Refunds: In the event of a return, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise specified in our Refund and Return Policy.
